I bring a long professional history in the design and construction industry to this table of business brokerage. This includes 3 years in the construction of ships in 4 different materials for Peterson Builders Inc. of Sturgeon Bay. A masters degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee followed. I spent 12 years as the Vice President of Somerville Architects/Engineers in Green Bay, and as Director of Business Development, organized and helped to more than triple its size and bring in more than $1 billion in construction projects. I then started a development firm in partnership which built multi-family housing, recreation facilities, corporate headquarters, and urban landscapes. When my partner retired I joined Creative Business Services to manage their development portfolio and broker new business.
My intimate personal knowledge of the design and construction industry, its challenges and its many facets, allows for a quick comprehension of a new client’s goals and objectives.
