Gary has over 35 years of sales and marketing experience in Northeast Wisconsin and areas throughout the Midwest. He is a licensed realtor and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1967 with a BS in Business and Psychology. Next Gary served in the Army and was stationed in Seoul, South Korea and was honorably discharged in 1969.

Gary has built an exceptional network of business connections that are invaluable in business brokerage. He owned his own ad agency for over 25 years, which had 16 employees. As a result, he understands firsthand the process of owning and selling a business and all the factors that are involved. After helping him sell his advertising business, Mike encouraged him to come aboard with CBS and the rest has been history.

Gary is eager to guide clients through an exit strategy or help them locate a business to buy. His past clients will confirm that Gary has built a reputation as being a client-centric “bulldozer” who goes the extra mile for his clients and is eager to work to help them through the buying and selling process.

During his career, Gary has also been involved in manufacturing and distribution, selling a wholesaling company, representing companies in the tool and die industry, and selling commercial real estate including a 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility.

Gary has founded the Art Garage which is a 501c3 art gallery and performance center in Green Bay.

He is an avid bird hunter, skier and sailor. These hobbies and activities have taught him a heightened level of patience which combines elegantly with his ability to listen and read body language; these factors are invaluable in the business brokerage industry.

Gary is married with three children, has two grandkids and was the original drummer in the Vibratones, one of Green Bay’s first and most popular rock and roll bands.
