Mary Lou has lived in the Green Bay area for most of her life and has firsthand experience buying and selling business with the most recent of Karvana’s, The Creamery, Club Chalet, Newingham’s as well as property sales. As a female business owner, successful entrepreneur and business intermediary, she brings a unique perspective to Creative Business Services. Mary Lou has personally owned, operated and sold a number of businesses.

She is a Charter Member of the Home-Based Business Association of Green Bay, member of the Women’s Management Association, Wisconsin Restaurant Association, Wisconsin Assisted Living Association, IBBA, and Wisconsin Realtors Association. After Michael Schwantes assisted her in selling one of her businesses, he recruited her to work at Creative Business Services / CBS-Global as an independent Business Intermediary specializing in the Main Street sales.
