Cheese and Dairy Blog

Staffing and HR Blog

Bob joined CBS-Global in 2008, bringing 20 years of experience operating his own advertising and marketing business in Chicago, assisting large and small companies alike with their advertising and marketing programs.

With more than 13 years of business brokerage and mergers and acquisition experience, Bob specializes nation-wide in the cheese and dairy arena as well as the staffing industry, and enjoys working in his native Door County, Wisconsin, market.

Due to Bob’s efforts, Creative Business Services has, in part, facilitated more successful transactions of cheese and dairy related companies than any other brokerage firm in the state of Wisconsin. Bob is engaged in a number of organizations including the Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association, Wisconsin Specialty Cheese Institute, and the Dairy Business Association.

Bob also specializes in staffing related businesses. The fragmented staffing industry has been undergoing considerable consolidation, and Bob’s work in this industry has a national reach.

Other areas of interest for Bob are manufacturing, distribution, logistics, service, and the Door County market.

Bob has helped numerous business owners in the most important transactions that they will ever undertake. He is widely recognized by his peers as a very professional and thorough executive and is well-known for his ability to bring buyers and sellers together to successfully get deals done. Closely working with his team of professional advisors, Bob has one objective in mind … successfully meeting his clients’ needs.

Cheese and Dairy

To learn about the Cheese and Dairy industry, just “follow the milk.” The value of all milk products – including cheese – sold from U.S. dairy farms is nearly $37.2 billion, and the U.S dairy production and processing industry accounts for over 900,000 jobs in the U.S.

Back in the year 2000, Artisan and Specialty cheese sales represented less than 10% of Wisconsin’s cheese production. Fast forward to 2014, and sales represented nearly 25% of Wisconsin’s total production.

Staffing & Human Services

Staffing and Human resource firms recruit and screen job candidates, and/or fill job openings for organizations. This industry produces competent personnel that ensure enterprise productivity. More than 800,000 people work in human resources and related fields in the U.S. today.

The Staffing, Recruiting and Workforce solutions industry makes a vital contribution to the U.S. Economy and provides outstanding job and career opportunities for nearly 17 million employees annually.

Transportation & Logistics

Transportation, Distribution & Logistics involves the planning, management, and movement of people, materials, and goods by road, pipeline, air, rail and water.

Additionally, this sector includes support services such as transportation infrastructure planning and management, logistics services, mobile equipment and facility maintenance.
