Originally from Sheboygan, WI, Jordon’s career started in hospitality. After initially working for the Midwest’s only AAA 5 – Diamond private club, Jordon was asked to join the staff at Australia’s highest-rated Michelin star restaurant. After spending a year abroad, he returned home in 2018 to refocus his career. While running day-to-day operations at the Sheboygan Yacht Club, he earned his real estate license and began developing comprehensive marketing strategies for luxury homes. Before joining CBS, Jordon worked for a private development company focused on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing.
Jordon chose to join CBS because his out-of-the-box marketing techniques, unique perspective, and fine-tuned moral compass are a good fit w/ our mission and company values. While providing general business brokerage services for commercial real estate, he will also concentrate his talents on the transportation sector.
Jordon’s career experience of high-end luxury service, coupled with practical commercial real estate exposure, brings a distinct, valuable set of skills that translate well to the business brokerage world.
