Manitowoc, Wisconsin, June 4, 2013 -- After 15 years of ownership, Dennis and Linda Hebert sold Club Bil-Mar to Manitowoc businessmen, Guy LeClair and Rick Manlick. Manlick and LeClair have significant changes planned for the business, including a new name. The former Club Bil-Mar will now be operating under the name City Limits. City Limits will continue to feature and promote the banquet side of the business. However, a new menu and an updated look will soon follow.
