Creative Business Services / CBS Global is pleased to announce the sale of Cutting Edge Lawn Care LLC by Mark and Vicky Borter to Phil Frazier of Cecil. Cutting Edge Lawn Care has served the greater Green Bay area since 1998; Phil Frazier will continue to service existing customers with lawn maintenance and snow plowing. Frazier’s experience comes from previously owning a lawn care business in eastern Wisconsin, before re-locating with his family to Cecil.
