John Foster, Business Intermediary with Creative Business Services, has announced the sale of Coontail Market in Boulder Junction to Kevin Mantz. Steve and Lisa Coon have owned the Coontail Market since 1991. The Coons retain ownership of their retail and bike businesses in both Boulder Junction and Arbor Vitae.

Kevin Mantz has extensive experience in retail operations working in management positions at both Kohl’s and Target. Mantz will be changing the name of the business to Lakewood Market. "I couldn’t think of a better buyer to come in and take things over. Kevin has extensive retail background and great people skills. He’s going to do great things”, said Steve Coon. Kevin Mantz and his wife Laura have a home in Boulder Junction. They look forward to business ownership in the Northwoods.
