Former owners, Joe and MaryAnn Kozial, moved from Chicago to operate the Budget Host nearly 15 years ago. They plan on retiring in Iron Mountain. The business sale was facilitated by John Foster, Business Intermediary with Creative Business Services of Green Bay, WI. Financing was provided to the buyer by Michelle Sellers with River Valley Bank.
