Business Pricing Letter Report (Main Street) * – Economical, non-certified pricing opinion. Most appropriate for small, simple structured main street businesses. 3 full years of financials required. (5 full years of financials preferred)
Detailed Business Pricing Report (Main Street) * – Non-certified calculation of value. Most appropriate for more complex and/or high fixed asset main street businesses. 3 full years of financials required. (5 full years of financials preferred)
Business Valuation Report (M&A) ** – Certified business valuation performed by an accredited business appraiser conforming to USPAP standards. Most appropriate for middle market businesses or clients who need a certified report. 5 full years of financials required.
* Updates to an existing Business Pricing Letter Report or Detailed Business Pricing Report, up to 24 months from the original date of value (year end of the latest financial period), will be accommodated at no charge. After 24 months from the original date of value, updates to an existing report will be considered a new assignment and the client will be invoiced.
** Updates to an existing Business Valuation Report, up to 11 months from the original date of value (year end of the latest financial period), will be accommodated at no charge. After 11 months from the original date of value, updates to an existing report will be considered a new assignment and the client will be invoiced.
