Michael J Schwantes of Creative Business Services / CBS-Global is pleased to announce the sale of the shopping center at 1449 Green Bay Road in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The shopping center is known as West Marine and has a high-traffic location at Sturgeon Bay's entrance.

The 18,961 sq. ft. shopping center was built 20 years ago by local investors and has had several notable tenants, including Capital Credit Union and West Marine.

The real estate has been acquired by commercial real estate investors Michael and Barb Rapp, having recently joined the Sturgeon Bay community. They intend to revamp and update the center with notable lighting and landscaping. There are presently 4,800 sq. ft. of space available, and the new owners are working with interested tenants to fill the space. According to Michael Rapp, "this high-traffic strategic location has been successful. With Fleet Farm and Starbucks entering the west side market, we are even more excited for this shopping center's future success."
