Creative Business Services / CBS-Global is pleased to announce that the Dairy Queen property located at 3506 Calumet Avenue in Manitowoc, Wisconsin will be a new combo Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robins store. Wisconsin Dells-based TMart Operations purchased the property from Dairy Queen owners Jon and Kim Rausch. The existing buildings on the site will soon be raised and a brand-new facility will be built in early 2020. TMart Operation owns numerous Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins stores in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
