The sellers, Greg and Bobbi Grotegut have been in business since 2004 using the name Maynard’s Neat-N-Clean Portables, LLC. They will continue to provide rent/service luxury restroom trailers/containers. They are a local Newton, Wisconsin Lakeshore Business.

The new owners, Carlos & Patong Perez, look forward to continuing the strong legacy the local communities have relied upon for years. They will operate under a new name: Neat-N-Clean Portables, LLC. They will continue to advance their full-service restroom rental business taking it to new levels of service. They will commence operating out of Newton, Wisconsin.
