I know one thing, there is a lot more involved than I expected in buying a business. I assumed it was similar to buying a house so I did not think that there was a lot more I had to do on my end. But what I found out, there are so many legalities involved and it is wise to look into things further with a lawyer and or a business consultant. Just seems that there were a lot of things involved that I did not expect.
